For over 30 years, COIC’s Youth Employment & Training Department has been a cornerstone of support for young adults throughout Central Oregon, continuously evolving to meet changing needs while staying true to its core mission: empowering youth to overcome educational and employment challenges to achieve long-term success.

The Youth E&T Department is now comprised of two programs: The Youth Compass Program and Youth Career Connect.
