A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC), Deschutes County, State of Oregon will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal years July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 General Fund, and Special Fund Supplemental Budgets. The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 4th, 2023 in person and via Zoom (see below) at 11:00am, Pacific Daylight Time. The purpose of this meeting is to receive and evaluate the budget documents.

For questions related to COIC’s budget documents or program budgets, please email them to budgetqa@coic.org, questions received by May 2nd 2023 will be addressed at the May 4th, 2023 Budget Committee meeting. Any questions received after May 2nd, may be considered for future Budget Committee meetings or the meeting of the COIC Board that will occur on June 1st, 2023.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained on or after June 6th, 2023 at our Administrative Office located at 1250 NE Bear Creek Rd., Bend, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
