COIC is working on local and regional-scale natural disaster and emergency preparedness initiatives. We provide technical assistance to counties to help them prepare local Community Wildfire Protection Plans (CWPPs) and Natural Hazards Mitigation Plans (NHMPs), and are continuously working with partners to expand our region’s resilience through partnerships, funding opportunities, and future programming.
