NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
Council of Government
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC), Deschutes County, State of Oregon will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal years July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, and July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, General Fund, and Special Fund Supplemental Budgets. The meeting will be held on Friday, May 2nd, 2025 in person and via Zoom (see below) at 10:00 am, Pacific Daylight Time. The purpose of this meeting is to receive and evaluate the budget documents.
COIC will be hosting the meeting via Zoom as well as in person, please see the Zoom meeting invite and call-in number below
For questions related to COIC’s budget documents or program budgets, please email them to budgetqa@coic.org, questions received by April 30th, 2025 will be addressed at the May 2nd, 2025 Budget Committee meeting. Any questions received after April 30th, 2025 may be considered for future Budget Committee meetings or the meeting of the COIC Board that will occur on June 5th, 2025

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained on or after June 7th, 2025 at our Administrative Office located at 1250 NE Bear Creek Rd., Bend, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
