Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) was designated to administer the Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) programs on behalf of Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. The following STIF Advisory Committee meetings will be held in-person in December 2023, with virtual options to participate. Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) Advisory Committee December 2023 Meetings 

• Crook County STIF Advisory Committee meets Monday, December 11 from 1-2 pm at the Crook County Administrative Office, located at 203 NE Court Street in Prineville. 
  
  
• Deschutes County STIF Advisory Committee meets Monday, December 4 from Noon to 1 pm at Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council Administration Building main conference room, located at 334 NE Hawthorne Ave.
• Jefferson County STIF Advisory Committee meets Wednesday, December 6 from 2-3 pm in the Jefferson County Commissioner Room, located at 66 SE D Street in Madras.
   
• The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs STIF Advisory Committee meets Friday, December 8 from 11 am – Noon at the Warm Springs Tribal Administration Office – Conference Room 3, located at 1233 Veterans St in Warm Springs.
