The Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) seeks Statements of Qualifications and basic rate information from contractors interested in facilitating a collaborative process to develop a strategic plan for a food hub facility in the Central Oregon region (composed of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties). Statements of Qualifications are due by December 10 at 4:00 PM and highly qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview by the COIC Community and Economic Development Manager.
