Cascades East Transit

COIC's Cascades East Transit provides Dial-A-Ride transportation services within and around the communities of La Pine, Prineville, Madras, Redmond and Sisters. All Cascades East Transit services are open to the elderly, persons with disabilities, and the general public.

Scheduling Rides: Scheduling a ride is done by calling 385-8680 or 1-866-385-8680. Call center hours are 7am to 5pm. COIC requires 24-hour notice for scheduling rides. Cutoff for reservations will be 2pm, the day before the ride. COIC will accept last-minute calls and allow rides as the schedule allows. Ride appointments may be made up to thirty days in advance, and multiple ride reservations may be made at the same time. All reservations must be made through the call center.

Holidays: All services will be closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Service Area:	5 driving miles of the senior center (16459 Victory Way, LaPine)
Service Hours:	Mon, Wed, Thurs ~ 8:30am-3:00pm (out of service 12-12:30 for lunch) ~ local rides Tue ~ 8:30am – 5:00pm (out of service 11:45-12:30 for lunch) ~ local rides Fri ~ 9am – 2:00pm ~ local rides
Fares:	less than 60 years of age = $1.25 per one way ride 60 years of age and older or disabled = $1.00 per one way ride To MealSite: suggested donation of $.50 per one-way ride
Bus Passes (can be used for local rides only)	Monthly (unlimited in a calendar month): less than 60 years of age = $27.50 60 years of age and older or disabled = $22.00 12 rides: less than 60 years of age =$12.50 60 years of age and older or disabled =$10.00

Service Area:	5 driving miles of the senior center (860 SW Madison, Madras)
Service Hours:	Mon, Thurs ~ 9:00am – 1:00pm ~ local rides Tues, Wed, Fri ~ 9:00am-3:00pm ~ local rides Mon and Thurs ~ shuttle service to Bend and Redmond ~ Round trip 7:45am – 3:15pm
Local DAR Fares:	less than 60 years of age = $1.25 per one-way ride 60 years of age and older or disabled = $1.00 per one-way ride To MealSite: suggested donation of $.50 per one-way ride
Fares to Bend or Redmond:	Round trip with two stops: less than 60 years of age = $6.25 60 years of age and older or disabled = $5.00 Each additional stop: less than 60 years of age = $1.25 60 years of age and older or disabled = $1.00

Service Hours:	Monday – Friday ~ 7:30am – 4:30pm ~ local rides Daily shuttle service to Bend ~ 8:30am - 2:30pm ~ round trip
Local DAR Fares:	less than 60 years of age = $1.25 per one-way ride 60 years of age and older or disabled = $1.00 per one-way ride To MealSite: suggested donation of $.50 per one-way ride
