Cascades East Transit

Cascades East Transit provides demand response public transportation services within the communities of LaPine, Prineville, Madras, Redmond, and Sisters.

Cascades East Transit also provides public transportation services between all of the Central Oregon communities including Bend. All Cascades East Transit sevices are open to the general public.

Scheduling Rides: Scheduling a ride is done by calling 385-8680 or 1-866-385-8680. Call center hours are 7am to 5pm. COIC requires 24-hour notice for scheduling rides. Cutoff for reservations will be 4pm, the day before the ride. COIC will accept last-minute calls and allow rides as the schedule allows. Ride appointments may be made up to thirty days in advance, and multiple ride reservations may be made at the same time. All reservations must be made through the call center.

Please cancel any ride reservation at least one hour before the ride is to occur. This will help to assure affordability and availability of service to riders.

Holidays: All services will be closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Service Hours:	Monday – Friday ~ 7:30am – 5:30pm ~ local rides Daily shuttle service to Bend ~ 8:00am - 3:00pm ~ round trip
