Infrastructure Project Development

COIC provides a range of project development services for public infrastructure projects, including assistance in securing financing to support the constructing of public infrastructure and project management of public works projects. 

COIC staff is available to provide technical assistance or complete grant applications for local governments, with expertise with the following public grant and loan programs:
