The Central Oregon Needs and Issues inventory process is an effort to:

• Inventory and prioritize economic development project needs and regional issues;
• Develop regional consensus on high priorities;
• Develop a tool to promote high priority projects or issues to state and federal funders.

Projects that emerge as high priorities through this process should be derived from or consistent with goals or priorities of community or regional economic development strategies. 

Find below a list of Central Oregon community and regional strategies that can be referenced in demonstrating your project’s consistency with economic development priorities for the region.  Note: this list is not absolute; projects can cite or reference other community or regional strategies.  This list may be added to over time.
