Meeting Room Facilities

COIC has meeting rooms available in four Central Oregon communities: Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Madras. You are welcome to cater your events, however, we do not make those arrangements for you. Please read the details below regarding unit charges, equipment available and scheduling.

Rental Details

  • Rooms with square footage under 500’ will be billed at a rate of $50/unit. Rooms with square footage of over 500’ will be billed at a rate of $100.00 per unit.


  • Units consist of 3 timeframes: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm; 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm; 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm. Unit charges are not negotiable.


  • If the room is scheduled across unit times, a fee for both time units will be billed (ex: meeting from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm in a small room is billed at $100.00 because the meeting spans two units).


  • Computer labs are not available for rent.


  • Room rental includes use of all standard equipment (projectors, TVs, white board & markers).


  • Refreshments are not provided, but the renting organization may supply refreshments at its own expense.
