Customer Service Representative – Redmond, Oregon

Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) is hiring a full-time individual to work in the Cascades East Ride Center (CERC) to receive and process ride requests from Medicaid clients in need of transportation to medical services and to access public transit services on Cascades East Transit.

Individual will schedule rides with transportation providers. CSR’s will verify eligibility for Medicaid rides and utilize CERC software to determine the most appropriate, lowest cost ride and assign rides to providers based on these criteria.

High school diploma or equivalent plus two years work experience in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field may be substituted.

Salary range $2,311 – $3,199 per month. Position M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Excellent benefits.
